There’s nothing more exciting to me than when someone calls me asking for a gift certificate to surprise someone special in their life with a photoshoot. In this case, I got an email from Leslie saying her husband had always loved some photos I did for her and her babies years ago so she wanted to surprise him with a photoshoot for Father’s Day. Her idea was to find a baseball diamond and do our session there because they’re a big baseball family and well, how fitting!?

We met up at a local Stittsville ball diamond at sunset and everything went perfectly. We had the absolute nicest summer night with a beautiful sunset, the kids were beyond well behaved and SO adorable and I got such a sense of how much they LOVE their dad during this session. The joy on all of their faces was priceless. They made my job easy and FUN. The kids had a blast running around the diamond, their outfits were on point and I’m obsessed with the outcome of this session.

It was nearly impossible to narrow this session down but I gave it a try anyways. Here are just SOME of my favourites from our time together. Ballard family, you guys were amazing!!!
