So, I’m NOT a wedding photographer but when a work colleague asks me to do strictly portrait shots after his small intimate wedding ceremony it’s hard to pass that up. I work with Joby at the Ottawa Senators and I always knew he was a really nice guy but he’s been SO great to work with and I just loved meeting his family on his special day.
We were initially supposed to do portraits at another location that I know quite well but road closures forced us to move them to his parents Kanata backyard which also had a gorgeous pathway behind. I couldnt have been more happy with the location, the backyard was beautiful with all the blooming flowers, the pathway had mature trees and gorgeous light and his parent’s friends allowed us to use their backyard as well which you’ll see, was absolutely stunning!
Thank you, Joby and Elvira, for inviting me to capture your special day. Your love was so evident that day and I just wish you so many happy years together 🙂
